Do I need to make an appointment for urgent care visit?

We are a walk-in clinic and no appointments are necessary for urgent care visits . Patients are seen on a walk-in basis. However, you may reserve you place on-line for expediated services.

Vitality Urgent Care offers a variety of urgent medical care services, including but not limited to, treatment for acute illnesses, injuries, pediatric care for children, physicals, DOT CDL medical cards and other occupational health services. We also provide advanced diagnostic services, such as laboratory tests and digital radiology, to support our comprehensive care approach.

Can children receive medical attention at Vitality Urgent Care?

Yes, we provide pediatric care for children of all ages. Our medical staff is trained to address the unique healthcare needs of pediatric patients, offering compassionate and immediate medical attention for your child in a welcoming environment.

How can I pay for my visit if I don’t have insurance?

Vitality Urgent Care offers competitive pricing for our services to ensure that all patients have access to urgent medical care, regardless of insurance status. Payment in full is due at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, debit, and credit cards. How does insurance and billing work at Vitality Urgent Care?

Vitality Urgent Care accepts most commercial insurance plans, Medicaid (State Insurance), and Medicare, facilitating access to our urgent medical care services for a broad spectrum of patients. How is billing handled if my injury is from an auto accident or worker’s compensation?

When we handle billing for an auto accident or worker’s compensation injury, we will bill one primary insurance source. To process your claim correctly, please provide the claim number at the time of your visit. Please note that you will be responsible for any charges not covered by the primary insurance.

What if I forgot to bring my insurance card when I come to a Visit?

If you don’t have your insurance card or information when you come into Vitality Urgent Care, you may use our Self-Pay Program and pay for your care. If you provide us with your insurance information within 48 hours, we will process a refund for any balance owed to you after your insurance has paid. However, you may be responsive for additional fees if your insurance determines higher responsibility then our affordable self pay pricing.

What is a DOT drug test?

A DOT drug test is a drug test that is regulated by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). It is required for safety-sensitive employees in certain industries, including transportation and aviation, to ensure that they are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol while on the job.

What drugs are tested for in a DOT drug test?

DOT drug testing screens for the following five classes of drugs: marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, and phencyclidine (PCP). Alcohol testing may also be required in certain situations.

How soon can I get my DOT drug test results?

DOT drug test results typically take 24-48 hours to process. Once the results are available, they will be sent to the designated employer representative (DER) and/or medical review officer (MRO) for review and determination of next steps.
